Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date that the item was delivered to the address given, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
At this time, we cannot refund or exchange on any items that you didn’t like the style of, didn’t like the color, or had a change of heart on. Please take your sizing and personal preference into consideration before making a purchase. We only ask as the pieces are made-to-order and we don't refund the money from the factory direct. We ultimately end up eating the cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Tags do need to be included in the return.

To complete your return, we require that you email email@example.com with your order number with the subject line: RETURN Order #######. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund times may vary from bank to bank. We ask you wait 5 - 7 business days for any refund to return to your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable):

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What is “Pay in 4” by Klarna at checkout?:
“Pay in 4” allows you to spread any purchase between $30 and $1000 over 4 interest-free payments. Your first payment is taken when your order is shipped, and the next 3 payments will be automatically charged to your debit or credit card on file every 2 weeks. There are never any fees or interest if paid on time! Scheduled payments cannot be changed or updated. See full terms there.
I’ve paid with ‘Pay in 4 payments with Klarna’ – How do returns / refunds work?:
Returned / refunded items can take up to 10 business days to reach us and be processed by our warehouse. We'll send you an email as soon as we've completed your return and initiated your refund. However, you must continue paying your Klarna installments. We can only initiate a refund specifically once your Klarna installments are paid in full.
What if I miss a Klarna payment?:
If Klarna is unable to collect a scheduled payment, you may be subject to a late fee of up to $7.00. You will receive an email notification from Klarna directly if payment has failed for whatever reason.
