Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date that the item was delivered to the address given, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

At this time, we cannot refund or exchange on any items that you didn’t like the style of, didn’t like the color, or had a change of heart on. Please take your sizing and personal preference into consideration before making a purchase. We only ask as the pieces are made-to-order and we don't refund the money from the factory direct. We ultimately end up eating the cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Tags do need to be included in the return.

To complete your return, we require that you email with your order number with the subject line: RETURN Order #######. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. 

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund times may vary from bank to bank. We ask you wait 5 - 7 business days for any refund to return to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable):

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


ZIP Purchases


ZIP (formerly Quadpay) is a pay-in-4 service offered to And Our customers to cut their total payments into 4 manageable payments. 

Zip is zero interest and there are never additional fees when you pay your account on time.

At checkout, choose Zip as the form of payment. You’ll then be taken to the Zip website to fill out a short form to get an instant approval decision. If you’re already a customer of Zip just log into your account.


The minimum purchase amount for using Zip is $35. Spending limits are determined by Zip.


Zip is a consumer centric platform that does not report directly to credit bureaus. They never complete hard credit checks, which means there is no impact on your credit rating from using Zip.

You’ll be automatically approved as long as you’re 18 and have a major credit or debit card. 


You’ll pay your first installment at the time of purchase, and the remainder over time. Pay for your purchase over 4 equal installments, due every two weeks. It will be deducted from the payment method chosen for your account.

You are able to make payments before they are due, but you will need to log into your Zip account to do so. Zip will update the balance accordingly.  

You are always able to access your Zip account to view your account details including making payments or viewing your payment schedule.
