Update 05/20/23: At this time, And Our has decided to end service to Florida customers. Due to Florida's vague language around their most recent anti-LGBT bills, we cannot serve a state that will not serve its people. Some language in various bills criminalizes "crossdressing" and this does not align with the mission of And Our. Until further notice, Florida will not be available to ship to at checkout.

Delivery Times

Your purchases are created in Jiangmen and shipped to our studio in San Francisco for final inspection. Pieces are shipped within 10 to 15 days of receipt from our manufacturer. Delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times are listed for each product on the product page, and can be found in your Order Update emails.

Tracking & Notifications

We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves our or our partner’s warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also check your item’s status on our Track My Order page.

Service Areas

And Our can ship to any street address in the United States (sans Florida), including Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship your order via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or any of the US Territories such as Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $750 will be shipped with a signature required.

And Our is now shipping to Australia, Canada, Italy, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Spain, Brazil. If you do not see your country of origin on this list, please reach out to us. International shipping is only offered through USPS. Please note that we are not responsible for additional duties and taxes that you may be charged. Customer is responsible for customs charges for all international orders.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages.
