How Custom Sizing Works

Ordering a custom-sized dress is easy:

1. Before You Order – You can email us at shop@andourlabel.com with your measurements if you'd like assistance before placing an order.
2. Placing Your Order – Select the closest standard size when checking out, then email us afterward with your custom measurements.
3. Measurements We Need – You'll need to provide:
   • Bust
   • Waist
   • Hips
   • Collarbone to floor
   • Height
4. Production Timeline – Custom-size dresses take 15 to 20 business days to complete. Once finished, they are shipped the next day.

We recommend using a soft measuring tape and following a video guide if you’re unsure how to take your measurements. Searching “how to measure myself for a dress” can be a helpful start.

• Custom size orders are final sale – because each dress is made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
